Mercer Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated home inspection business serving Nashville & surrounding areas. Our company was started in 2007, and has over 30 years of background experience in detecting and correcting defects in building structures. Whether you are buying or selling a home or just need your home inspected, we are ready to provide you with experienced inspections.
Our company goal is to educate our Clients on the physical condition of the home, in order to make wise investment decisions. We wan't you to know exactly what condition your potential home is in, before you buy, or if you are selling your home what if any repairs may be needed in order to make the sale of your home go smoothly.
Our commitment is to provide you with the most comprehensive, through home inspection and mold inspection in the home inspection industry. Every home we inspect, is performed as if it were our own.
Our inspections consist of a thorough & detailed non-invasive visual inspection designed to identify material defects in structure, household components, and systems as they exist at the time of the inspection. We provide State of the Art computer generated detailed real estate inspection reports, including digital photos, and a summary listing critical areas.
Generally, our home inspections take anywhere from 2-4 hours to do a thorough & complete home inspection, depending on the size and condition of home.
We encourage you to attend your home inspection, so we can answer any questions or concerns that you may have during the inspection. We want you to know exactly what condition your home or future home is in, so you won't get stuck buying something that will just drain your wallet.
We give prompt and reliable service! The finished report is E-mailed to our Clients within 24 hours after inspection.
